Refund policy
- Beauty Sleep LTD hope that you enjoy your product. Given the personal nature of these products, returns are accepted only if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect
- Please check over your goods on delivery to ensure that the packing is intact and all items appear to be in good condition before you sign for them. If you find your goods to be faulty, damaged or incorrect please refuse the items and contact Beauty Sleep LTD as soon as possible. If you find that your goods are damaged after you have taken delivery please notify Beauty Sleep LTD as soon as possible. We ask that you inspect your goods within a reasonable time scale and prior to them being transported anywhere else
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product Beauty Sleep LTD offers a free 30 day returns policy from the date you receive your delivery
- Prior to returning any goods you must inform Customer Services.
- Beauty Sleep LTD will issue a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label for you to return the goods
- Goods for return must be despatched within 14 days of you notifying us of your intention to return them or within 30 days from the date of delivery, whichever is the longer
- All goods will be inspected prior to a refund being issued
- Used products cannot be returned
- Once you return is received and checked for condition we will inform you and arrange for a refund or exchange. Please note; refunds may take up to 14 days to process
