Royal Mail 48 is FREE on orders over £25
Orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same day (excluding Sundays and holidays)
Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail and tracking will be sent to you once the order is with the carrier.

Royal Mail 48 is a 48 Hour Delivery Service.
However, it is not a guaranteed service and deliveries will be made within 2-3 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
Royal Mail does not deliver on a Sunday.
During busy periods, Beauty Sleep and Royal Mail will try their utmost best to provide a guaranteed service, however, we cannot be held responsible should any delivery issues and delays occur. Order tracking is available by logging into your account.
If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a Bank Holiday. In this instance, please expect your delivery on the next working day.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Luxe Aesthetics LTD (WA3 1ET). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up the following business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with collection instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00-16:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect.
For peace of mind, Beauty Sleep only offers trackable international delivery.
To EU Zone destinations the cost is £12.95

Deliveries will be made within 5-10 working days from the date your order is placed depending on your location. Your parcel may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control such as custom holds and item checks, a refund of shipping costs will not be permitted on this occasion.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Beauty Sleep is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thebeautysleepboutique@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We are unable to shop to PO boxes at this time.
Beauty Sleep LTD hope that you enjoy your product. Given the personal nature of these products, returns are accepted only if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect
Please check over your goods on delivery to ensure that the packing is intact and all items appear to be in good condition before you sign for them. If you find your goods to be faulty, damaged or incorrect please refuse the items and contact Beauty Sleep LTD as soon as possible. If you find that your goods are damaged after you have taken delivery please notify Beauty Sleep LTD as soon as possible. We ask that you inspect your goods within a reasonable time scale and prior to them being transported anywhere else
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product Beauty Sleep LTD offers a free 30 day returns policy from the date you receive your delivery
Prior to returning any goods you must inform Customer Services.
Beauty Sleep LTD will issue a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label for you to return the goods
Goods for return must be despatched within 14 days of you notifying us of your intention to return them or within 30 days from the date of delivery, whichever is the longer
All goods will be inspected prior to a refund being issued
Used products cannot be returned
Once you return is received and checked for condition we will inform you and arrange for a refund or exchange. Please note; refunds may take up to 14 days to process
